Terms of Trade

Application
These terms of trade govern all quotations, orders and sales made by Aus Global Trading ("AGT", "we", "us"). Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms, which prevail over any conflicting terms supplied by the buyer.
Quotations & pricing
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are issued exclusive of taxes, duties and freight unless an Incoterm including those costs is specified. Prices are quoted in the currency stated on the quotation and may be revised for currency movement or supplier increases prior to order confirmation.
Incoterms & freight
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, goods are supplied EXW, FOB Ningbo or CIF to the nominated discharge port per Incoterms® 2020. Risk passes to the buyer at the point defined by the agreed Incoterm. Freight estimates are indicative until a booking is confirmed with the carrier.
Payment
Unless an account has been approved in writing, payment is required in cleared funds before goods are released or shipped. Approved-account terms are strictly net of the agreed period from invoice date. Title to goods remains with AGT until payment is received in full.
Documentation
AGT prepares standard export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading — in-house. Certificates of origin, fumigation, inspection or any consular or legalisation requirements specific to the destination are arranged on request and charged at cost.
Delivery & lead time
Lead times are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed. AGT is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure or events beyond our reasonable control. Partial shipments may be made unless the buyer instructs otherwise in writing.
Warranty & claims
Goods carry the applicable manufacturer warranty. Claims for shortage, damage or non-conformity must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt, with supporting evidence. AGT's liability is limited, at our option, to repair, replacement or refund of the affected goods.
Returns
Goods correctly supplied to order are not returnable. Where a return is accepted by prior written agreement, goods must be unused and in original packaging, and may be subject to a restocking charge. Freight on returns is at the buyer's cost.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGT's liability for any claim arising from the supply of goods is limited to the replacement value of those goods. AGT is not liable for consequential or indirect losses of any kind.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The competent courts of Ningbo, Zhejiang have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them. Last updated June 2026.
